100% Pinot Noir - 13% abv.
This high-altitude Pinot Noir represents the pinnacle of site selection within the Haute Vallée de l’Aude, the coolest region within Languedoc - Roussillon, due to the altitude and influence of the famous Atlantic wind, “ Le Vent Cers”. I adore how rounded this wine is and it has a warming, long and complex finish. Altitude, climate and limestone-rich soils combine to produce outstanding fruit, creating this very elegant and fresh wine.
Aromas of dark cherry and blackberry plus a rich, round palate of red berry fruit are complemented by toasty, vanilla notes that bring a touch of spice to the finish.

60% Tanat / 40% Syrah - 12% abv.
Another fantastic wine from Simon Capmartin, this time bringing the spotlight to Tanat, a grape once-forgotten and often misunderstood, in this outstanding and elegant blend. Once again turning tradition on its head, we have the opportunity to experience two heavy-weight grapes, as more fresh, clean and subtle versions of themselves. For those who like exploring, this is not to be missed.
This cuvée, unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphite, is as natural as they come and can present a slight deposit in the bottle. Light, fresh with mouthwatering juicy red fruits.

100% Bobal - 14.5% abv.
This is fun in a bottle. Fresh strawberry notes, and a wonderful creamy mouthfeel, this wine is unique and bursting with personality. "Comboi", is a local Valencian expression that is used when a group of people come together to have a good time, full of enthusiasm and joy, a bit like the wine! This is a Pet-Nat lightly sparkling wine created "methodo ancestral" from 100% Bobal grapes. Strawberry-coloured fizz made with minimal intervention, offering up fine bubbles, aromas of red fruit and brioche notes, with an enticing bitter dry twist on the finish.

100% Pinot Noir - 13.5% abv.
It is great to be able to show this wine from Tony Cartlidge, one of the original ‘garagiste’ winemakers of north coast California in the 80’s. This is a fruit-driven wine that is silky and smooth. An excellent introduction to Cali Pinot for those who want to try, without breaking the bank. You could also lay this down for a couple of years.
Bright cherry and rhubarb flavours, vibrant acidity, centred mouthfeel and aromatics of cherry cola and vanilla. A very food-friendly wine.

35% Garnacha / 35% Monastrel / 20% Bobal / 10% Brunal - 12.5% abv.
Tutti-fruity, candied notes, this is a rich rosé wine with presence. Grown at 850-1000m elevation, the acidity is well-balanced, keeping it dry and fresh. It has a long, slightly mineral finish that only adds to the intrigue. Keep it coming!

100% Tempranillo - 13.5% abv.
An exceptional rosé wine, with so much structure and body, it drinks like a light red. This is a rosé for serious wine lovers, not just to cool you down. Bursting with cherry and raspberry, it can withstand bold flavours, spice and cured meats.
Bright wine, cherry pink colour with bluish reflections, intense aromas of acid red fruits: strawberries and raspberries, balsamic finish. Fruity on the palate with great freshness. Silky wine with good persistence on the palate.

100% Sangiovese - 14.5% abv.
WINE OF THE MONTH - Mindblowing. When projects like this come along, we can’t contain our excitement. I am a huge fan of Sangiovese in general, but I have never experienced it like this before. The wine is made more in the style of a Burgundian Pinot, producing a very expressive wine with amazing clarity of strawberry fruit and candy notes. I would serve this wine chilled, as you would Rosé, enjoying it on a hot summer’s evening or at a BBQ.
A delightful pale garnet red wine with lifted aromas that instantly charm with delicate wild strawberry and tangy cranberry fruit. The palate is complex, the finish is long, and the tannins are fine, supple and effortless. A rare expression of Sangiovese showcasing its versatility.

100% Airén - 11.5% abv.
The Airén grapes were sourced from a vineyard on chalky soils planted in 1940 by the great-grandparents of cousins Jesus and Julian Ajenjo of #GarageWines. They have paid homáge to them in this outstanding bottle of this lesser-known varietal.
In the glass, the Airen has a pale straw colour with hints of green, reflecting its youthful vibrancy. There is a subtle floral aspect present on the nose, reminiscent of white flowers, lending an elegant and refreshing quality to the wine. The Airen is bright and has zesty acidity. There is a refreshing burst of green apple and citrus, with a pleasant mineral undertone, that adds depth and complexity to the overall taste experience. Another superb #GarageWines production.
