70% Monastrell / 25% Marselan / 5% Merlot - 13.5% abv.
Another wonderful wine from Celler Cataruz who love to shine the spotlight on local varieties. This is a deep wine with beautiful cherry notes and a long, warming finish. Our current Winemaker to Watch, Coqué Ruz is blowing up Spain with her exceptional ability to understand native varietals in their natural environment, and continue to produce exceptional wines.
Cherry and roses on the aroma, this wine has a wonderful burst of red fruit on the front, with soft, sweet tannins on the finish.

Semana Vitivinícola 91 points
80% Grenache/ 20% Syrah - 14% abv.
Probabaly the best-priced wine in our portfolio, this cheeky Côtes du Rhône from Guillaume Gonnet, was an absolute find at the end of last year, 2023. It is basically baby Châteauneuf-du-Pape, has wonderful depth and structure, a celebration of explosive dark fruits with beautifully balanced tannins. I personally can’t get enough of this wine!
This wine is fleshy, ripe and finishes with impressive forest-floor sweetness, rounded out by peppery tannins. Think crème de cassis, cherries, and a lovely note of liquorice on the palate.

100% Tannat - 13.5% abv.
Malbec lovers will adore this wine. Once again we are showcasing the much misunderstood Tannat grape, from the most exciting winemaker, Simon Capmartin. This time we are taking it a step up with the AOP appellation, this wine is rustic in style, with dark fruit and well-structured tannins. This wine is consistent and continues to deliver.
A supple and fruity red Madiran, greedy and delicate, with supple and beautiful and well-integrated tannins.

90% Tempranillo / 10% Syrah - 14% abv.
This is simply just excellent Tempranillo. Grown at very high elevation, (900m), this wine shows the effect of cooler nights and high-stress environment, on the intensity of the fruit concentration and balance of acidity. Soft tannins intertwine with fruit to produce a fresh finish.
Malaparte adapts its viticulture to a high-altitude vineyard, at 900 meters, on limestone soil, being respectful to both flora and fauna. To create their 2021 Le Meprise Tinto, fermentation and maceration were applied for 12 days and carried out separately for the Tempranillo and Syrah in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. Ageing in barrels for 10 months. The result is a youthful Tempranillo, and Syrah blend with a maximum fruit expression that coexists with the mineral touches provided by the Cuellar limestone soil.

92% Cabernet Sauvignon / 5% Petit Verdot / 3% Merlot - 13.5% abv.
Another wonderful drop from Cartlidge & Browne, this time showing their brilliant understanding of classic Bourdeaux blends on the North Coast of California. This Cabernet dominant wine starts out with rich, delicious red fruits on the nose that flows into cherry, watermelon, candied plum and crème brûlée. The soft, yet fine, tannins have notes of coffee, rose petals and wet slate.
To be enjoyed with (or without) friends.

100% Monastrell - 14.5% abv.
These winemakers have dedicated themselves to becoming true masters of the Monastrell grape, gathering a number of DO Jumilla plots, showcasing the grape in different terroirs. They have produced an exquisite bottle, with deep dark fruit and balanced tannins.
Fruit-driven, silky and delicate on the palate yet powerful at the same time. A wine with true Mediterranean typicity reflecting the place from which it comes, and deliciously balanced dark fruit, underlying fresh acidity and a long, long finish.

100% Merlot - 13% abv.
Luxurious from start to finish, this wine is bursting with dark fruit, with a curious herbaceous edge. The oak ageing supports the weight of the fruit and brings subtle spice, bark and earthy undertones. Full-bodied, elegant, ripe and deliciously long with well-integrated tannins. We expect nothing less from this St Emilion Grand Cru.
